Delete your account

You can delete your OnFit account and the personal data associated with it at any time, either directly from the app or by contacting us. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

Delete your account from the app

1. Open the OnFit app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion. Your account is disabled immediately.

No longer have access to the app?

Email info@onfitapp.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently erase the following:

• your account and profile (name, username, email, date of birth, gender);
• your photos, posts and trainings;
• your messages and conversations;
• your follows, followers and interactions;
• your location data and preferences.

Data we retain

Your personal data is deleted from our systems within 30 days of the request. Some data may be kept longer only where required by law (legal, accounting, security and fraud-prevention obligations), and is then destroyed.
